СУЧАСНІ АСПЕКТИ ДІАГНОСТИКИ ТА ЛІКУВАННЯ ІШЕМІЧНОЇ ХВОРОБИ СЕРЦЯ
Розглянуто сучасні аспекти вирішення проблеми хронічної ішемічної хвороби серця, зокрема стенокардії. Зазначено, що нині є можливості не тільки застосування терапії з доведеною ефективністю, спрямованою на зниження ризику ускладнень, але й медикаментозного лікування стенокардії (ішемії), яка покращує якість життя пацієнта.

СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ СЕРДЦА
Рассмотрены современные аспекты решения проблемы хронической ишемической болезни сердца, в том числе стенокардии. Подчеркнуто, что сейчас есть возможности не только применения терапии с доказанной эффективностью, направленной на снижение риска осложнений, но и медикаментозного лечения стенокардии (ишемии), которое улучшает качество жизни пациента.

CURRENT ASPECTS OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT
The modern aspects of solving the problem of chronic coronary heart disease, in particular, angina have been considered. It has been noted that now there are possibilities of using not only the therapy with the proved effectiveness, directed to the reduction of the risk of complications, but also the drug treatment of angina (ischemia), improving the patient's life quality.
