The influence of streptase on the course of uncomplicated Q−wave myocardial infarction

Electro− and echocardiography parameters of the changes in the course of treatment with streptase of the patients with acute uncomplicated myocardial infraction were studied. Positive dynamics of ECG and EchoCG changes, reduction of the heart rate and prolongation of electric ventricular systole already on the first day after the fibrinolytic infusion administration were noted. Streptase therapy improved systolic function of the left ventricle and prevented post−infarction changes in the structure and function of the myocardium.
