Abstract. The technique of planning endoscopic interventions in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses using the data of cone−beam tomography with 3D−visualization was used at surgical treatment of the patients aged 16−64. Low radiation load, interaction of the data in the space, and high resolution allowed to the use the technique at the stages of diagnosis, surgery planning, and post−operative control. This technique helps to optimize the choice of surgical approach, sequence of actions, and the necessary instruments.

Key words: endoscopic surgery of the paranasal sinuses, planning of endoscopic interventions, cone−beam computed tomography.
